Founder of Maternity Shift powered by THYNKSHIFT, a coaching platform created to support mothers through the emotional and practical transitions of motherhood, after witnessing how manny women return to work feeling disconnected from their identity. Our aim is to help rebuild confidence, clarity and purpose.
With a strong background inn career development, leadership and mindset coaching. Trisha combines emotional awareness and practical strategies to help her mothers rediscover balance and thrive in every chapter of life.
Maternity Shift mission is to empower women to reconnect with who they are beyond the roles they play to embrace motherhood as a continuous season of growth strength transformation.
